What areas do you serve?

We serve Middle Tennessee, including Dickson, Williamson, and Hickman Counties. If you are unsure whether your property is within our service area, contact us and we will confirm.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. We handle the permitting process and schedule required inspections so your project stays compliant from start to finish.

Do you help with design or do I need plans first?

We can work with existing plans, or help guide the design process if you are still in the idea stage. Many clients come to us without finished drawings.

How far out are you typically booked?

Most projects are scheduled several weeks to a few months out. Larger or more complex projects usually require additional lead time.

How do you handle pricing?

Pricing varies widely depending on the type of project. Once an estimate is delivered and accepted, a working budget is created to guide costs and spending throughout the project.

Do you offer fixed pricing?

Pricing structure depends on the scope and complexity of the project. We use one of three common billing methods based on what best fits the job.

  1. Fixed price bids are typically used for small to mid-sized projects with clearly defined scope.
  2. Flat rate billing covers contractor services only and does not include materials or labor.
  3. “Cost plus” is most common for remodels and new construction, where the client pays actual project costs plus an agreed percentage for contractor services.

The billing method is explained before work begins.

Can I make changes once the project starts?

Yes. Changes can be made during construction. Any adjustments are discussed and priced before moving forward.

Who manages the project day to day?

We manage scheduling, subcontractors, inspections, and overall project coordination. You will have a single point of contact throughout the build.

How far in advance should I plan a remodel?

Ideally, several months ahead. Kitchens and major renovations require additional planning and coordination.

How do I get started?
